As a researcher, I thrive on discovering how people interact with products and services in their daily lives. I'm fascinated by their unique perspectives and problem-solving approaches, and this drives my passion for user experience research.

I currently work as a Senior UX Researcher at Vena Solutions. I recently led the development of our first AI solution and conducted an in-depth analysis of the factors contributing to low NPS scores.
