Redesigning Employment Equity Form for a federal organization using behavioural principles

The project delves into how behavioral principles were applied to redesign the Employment Equity Form and how A/B tests were utilized to boost the disclosure rate for the federal organization.

Attracting women and visible minorities to Canadian Armed Forces

The project shows how we used secondary research and expert interviews to develop solid recommendations when direct communication with the target customer wasn't possible.
